MIXED-USE Farm-Haus 2.4 and 2.0 were used to create a group of small mixed-use buildings on a vacant lot fronting a pubic open space. Proposal consists of (5) ground level retail/office spaces with a shared restroom and (4) upper level guest suites. Provisions were also made for rainwater catchment and solar. Using Farm-Haus 2.3, project could be configured as live/work or townhomes.
