Cost
Ranges from $1,500 to $3,500 and is affected by building size, design and location. For instance, a home built on a flat site with stable soils in a part of the county not affected by earth quakes, severe wind or snow loads would require less effort and cost to design, draft and build. Whereas a similar home built on a site with one or all of these factors would require more effort.
What's Included
Site specific drawings and calculations required for permit submittal, kit fabrication and construction prepared and stamped by a professional engineer licensed to practice in the state in which proposed structure is built.
